Our Story
Hannah Ward
Kia ora, I'm Hannah.
I am a mum of twin girls with a background in education, a Master's in Coaching, and I am currently completing my Master's in Counselling. Through my professional work and experiences, I understand that separation and divorce can be one of life's most challenging transitions.
I am passionate about supporting women as they navigate change, helping them move from feeling overwhelmed and uncertain to feeling empowered, confident, and hopeful about the future. My coaching approach is caring, practical, and supportive, providing a safe space to process emotions, rebuild confidence, and create a clear path forward.
As a supporting team, we can focus on strengthening wellbeing, developing positive co-parenting relationships, supporting children through family change, setting healthy boundaries, and creating a vision for the next chapter of your life.
When you are navigating a separation, it can feel like you are fighting on two fronts: trying to manage the emotional fallout while trying to survive a complex legal system. I know this because I have walked in your shoes. As a mother of two who has successfully navigated the New Zealand Family Court system twice against a high-conflict ex-partner, I understand the unique exhaustion, fear, and uncertainty you are facing right now.
My approach merges deep firsthand experience of the NZ legal framework with my professional background, holding a Master’s degree in Psychology and extensive coaching experience. Whether you are just beginning to think about separating, are right in the thick of the process, or have already separated and are dealing with the aftermath, I am here to guide you. I don't just offer sympathy; I offer strategy.
Together, we will manage the psychological dynamics of high-conflict behavior and protect your peace of mind. You will leave every single session with me with a clear, calm, and informed pathway forward.
